Delivery Information

We always make sure you get the best flowers. We purchase our flowers on a daily basis to ensure you receive the best. This is the reason why we ship the next working day. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

All special personalised text or image orders (Other than standard templates) will take 3 working days to process. 

Our Courier Service will make sure your flowers arrvive in perfect condition. You will be kept informed about a time slot on the day of your delivery. Deliveries will be done from Tuesday to Friday. There will be no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 

We are able to do a special delivery during the weekend in the TW postcode area only. Please call to organise this. ( Subject to availability of drivers.)
